By the User:

By the Company:

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

All disputes related to this Policy shall be governed by Indian laws and resolved through arbitration:

  1. Arbitration will follow the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  2. The seat of arbitration shall be Kolkata, West Bengal, and proceedings will be conducted in English.
  3. The courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Policy.
